Meggan is a genius. I never would of thought to take pictures of our shadows. It was a nice evening of fun outside, Baby Donnie crawled all over the place resulting in black knees and hands. We all thought it was pretty darn cute.

Our Crystal Making Project:
Meggan and I got bored the other day and came up with the idea to make salt and sugar crystals. We found a recipe and started the experiment. The sugar crystals never grew, which was kind of disappointing,those were the ones I was excited for. The salt ones worked out great though, Mandy and 'Kenzie were so excited the entire time. When we finished pouring in the salt we hung the string in the jar, put a paper towel over it and let it sit. By the next morning you could already see crystals growing all up the string. It looks so cool. It's been a couple of days and the crystals are still growing and are now quite huge.

Love the shadow pic! We're excited to see you as well. It will be nice to get a little vacay in before the summer ends! See you next weekend!
